কানাডার টরন্টো থেকে ২০০ কি. মি. দূরে অবস্থিত অন্টারিও-র ট্রেনটন শহর। এখানেই প্রশস্ত সবুজের মাঝখানে কানাডিয়ান নাগরিক জেসিকা শার্মেন এর বাড়ি। খুব ছোটবেলায় দাদীর কাছ থেকে কৃষিকে জেনেছিলেন তিনি। এখন নিজেই নেমেছেন কৃষি অনুশীলনে। গত ৩ বছর হলো নিজ বাড়ির আঙিনায় টমেটো চাষ শুরু করেছিলেন। সেটিই এখন পরিণত হয়েছে সমৃদ্ধ এক কৃষি আয়োজনে। দর্শক, এখন আমরা সরাসরি কথা বলার জন্য চলে যাবো কানাডার অন্টারিও-র ট্রেনটন-এ জেসিকা শার্মেন এর কাছে।

We'll feature farmers from different origins in this section. Previously you have watched yard farming by Bangladeshi expatriates. Many of them were inspired seeing the Bangladeshi entrepreneurs. We gave the responsibility to our staff correspondents working in abroad, to motivate people from different nationalities about our farming culture; to build a rapport. We are great as hosts, our culture is so much enriched- we wanted our correspondents to spread these positive messages about Bangladesh among those who don't know. Although the farmers with different nationalities, were interested about farming, they are getting more inspired by seeing the Bangladeshi food and farming practices. We have started featuring the foreigner farmers in the segment already. Today we'll visit the yard farming of Jessica Sherman from Trenton, Ontario in Canada.
